Return/Exchange Policy

Please contact Alotta Pajs via email at alottapajsboutique@gmail.com if you have an issue with an item that you have received. You must include your name and order number in the email, as well a detailed summary of the issue.

Alotta Pajs will only accept returns for the following reasons:
- The issue is on our behalf
- The wrong product was received
- The item ordered was misrepresented
- The item is torn, damaged, or broken

If the issue fits one of the reasons above, you will be able to return the item and Alotta Pajs will provide a replacement (pending availability) or a refund for the amount that was paid when the item was purchased from our website (minus shipping fees). Alotta Pajs will also provide you with a return address to send us back the product, at no additional cost to you.

If the issue with the product is due to ordering an incorrect size, we will allow exchanges to be made up to 7 days after the delivery of your item. Please be sure to contact us via email at alottapajsboutique@gmail.com with your name, order number, and correct size needed. Alotta Pajs will provide you with a return address to send back the item. For exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying any fees necessary to return the item back to Alotta Pajs.

We will exchange the item for the new size requested (given that the item is in stock and available) or for an item of your choosing that is of equal value. If we are unable to process an exchange for the newly desired size because of a lack in product availability, you will be given store credit to be used on our website in the amount that you paid for the item at the time of purchase (minus shipping fees).

Alotta Pajs will not accept returns or exchanges on the following types of items:
-Used or Worn Items
-Earrings or Body Jewelry
-Bath & Body care products (if opened)
-Makeup (if opened)
- Mystery Grab Bag Items

** All claims filed for returns and/or exchanges will be carefully reviewed by Alotta Pajs Customer Care.**

** If you are granted a refund upon reviewing your claim, please allow 2-5 days for your refund to show up in your account. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
